Cooling Compressors

You have chosen a (cooling-) compressor just a month or perhaps many years ago as an application that fit your needs

You can have a cooling compressor for cooling applications and it’s doing its job as it should, however from the moment you start using it, its components start to wear. This cooling compressor is operating as you expected, however, it also expects something from you, if you want to keep your cooling compressor reliable.

Every cooling compressor is critical to every cooling application.  At some moments you will have maintenance costs that you wish you could have avoided, but you have to act on it, otherwise, you risk your application breaking down.

Frequently the cause of these failures is damaged bearings or screws, which are caused due to bad lubrication. According to the manufacturers of cooling compressors, these bearings and screws need oil cleanliness of NAS 6(?) or better. Standard filtration will already give you certain cleanliness, however, getting a NAS 6 (?) or a better result is feasible only if you condition your oil by using deep filtration in a by-pass set-up supporting the standard filtration. (*our performing assurance results are conducted only by independent laboratories)

By conditioning your oil you will not only reduce your maintenance costs but also reduce your CO2 footprint due to your oil lifetime extension. Many of our customers extended their lubrication oil life 5 to 7 times due to conditioning their oil with our bypass filter equipment.

Don’t wait, keep your (cooling) compressor up and running, ensuring reliability. Let us assist you in choosing the right product for your (cooling) compressor.
